DWP Investigation Over

Published by:

Recently, I posted a blog about being investigated by the DWP. Well, it turns out the investigation is now over. The DWP found in my favour, all my evidence concerning the books were true, I wasn’t making any money, and they know in many cases, the books have cost me money to produce. Even though I make no money from my books, or ebooks, I just use my authoring to share my life, hence why I produce them and make them free.
I am glad the investigation is over, it certainly caused me a lot of anxiety and aggro. I want to take a moment to thank the DWP for taking the time to understand me as a human being, and for also not believing the lies that someone made up to bring up this investigation.
So, it’s now onwards and upwards, back to some normality, well, nearest to that I can get of course with my anxiety.

Tuesday Poet – Pancake Day

Tuesday Poet – Pancake Day

It’s pancake day and everyone’s on the flip,
Mixing egg and flour in a bowl,
With a slight stir it makes some gloop,
But don’t eat it or it will make you sick,

Pouring it in the pan making weird circles,
Forgetting the oil and the fire alarm goes off,
You get a chair to sand on to switch it off,
Doing the magic stand and then you fall off,

Back to the pan to give the pancake a flip,
You start feeling cocky as it lands perfectly,
So you flip it again with a good feeling,
You flipped it too hard and it’s stuck to the ceiling,

So non on the plate just on the ceiling,
Just because you had a good feeling,
You stand in dismay in the kitchen,
Isn’t it appealing a pancake dropped on your head from the celling.

Week 1 on The FitBit Charge HR

Published by:

So, last week I received my new FitBit Charge HR. This was to upgrade from my FitBit Flex. Initially, I was hesitant on purchasing the device because it wasn’t cheap, retails at around £100-130, not for those with low budgets for fitness devices.
I purchased this mainly to track my heart rate throughout the day, and to see what’s happening with my heart rate while I slept.
If you’ve followed me for a while, you will know that I suffer from an anxiety disorder that gives me weird symptoms. Having this device has certainly pin pointed times where my heart rate has gone too high, even when I’m asleep.
I will attach images below or my heart rate for this first week.
On another note, myself and Steve from Wright Times Blog are part of a group for FitBit Charge HR Facebook group (Steve set it up.)
